THE SOCIAL INSTITUTE
In May 2020, I began working with The Social Institute, an education technology start-up that empowers students with the skills to navigate social media and technology positively, as a social media and communications intern. I was in charge of copywriting, media content creation, web analytics, client relations, and more. I created consistent and engaging social media content for TSI’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts, edited and reviewed weekly email blasts to produce engaging and marketable content, and conducted research and analysis of all social media accounts and their engagement metrics.
Throughout my experience, I was able to improve upon my social media management and written communication skills.
